- What is the minimum order quantity for labels?Depends on the type of label and technology. For self-adhesive labels - from 5,000 pcs., for thermal labels - from 10,000 pcs. Specify the exact figure when calculating.
- How long does it take to make?Standard — 5-7 business days after approval of the layout. Complex multi-color labels or large runs may require 10-14 days. However, we always agree on the terms individually.
- What are the requirements for layouts for printing?We accept AI, PDF, CDR formats with a resolution of 300 dpi. Required bleed margins — 2 mm, CMYK color model. Full requirements — on the technical requirements page for layouts.
- What payment methods do you accept?Cashless payment with VAT. There is a deferral for regular customers. Payment - after signing the contract and issuing an invoice. Prepayment: 50% of the order amount.
- Do you deliver to Ukraine?Yes, we deliver throughout Ukraine: Nova Poshta, Delivery, SAT. The cost depends on the weight, dimensions and region. In Kharkiv - we can deliver by our own transport.
- Can I order samples before the main print run?Of course. We always make samples for color and quality approval. For runs over 50,000 pieces — free of charge. For smaller runs — the cost is included in the total amount.
- What quality guarantees do you provide?We guarantee compliance with approved samples and technical specifications. If the defect is our fault, we will remanufacture it for free. Quality control at all stages according to international standards.
