- What is the minimum order quantity?The minimum print run depends on the type of product. For labels - from 5,000 pieces, for flexible packaging - from 10,000 pieces. We also perform test runs of 1,000 pieces for quality control.
- How long does it take to make an order?Standard production time is 7-14 business days depending on the complexity of the order. For urgent orders, it is possible to complete in 3-5 days with an additional charge for urgency.
- Do you provide samples before main production?Yes, we do produce test samples to confirm print quality, color reproduction, and compliance with technical requirements. Samples are provided free of charge for orders of 50,000 pieces or more.
- What file formats do you accept for printing?We work with files in AI, PDF, CDR, PSD formats with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Detailed technical requirements for layouts are available in the technical requirements section.
- Can you help with the design?Our designers can adapt your layout to the technical capabilities of flexo printing, as well as provide recommendations for optimizing the design. Full design development is carried out under a separate agreement.
- What payment methods do you accept?We work on a non-cash basis with VAT. Partial prepayment of 50% and additional payment after production are possible. Flexible payment terms apply to regular customers.
- Do you provide a warranty on the products?We guarantee print quality and compliance with technical specifications for 12 months, provided that storage recommendations are followed. In case of a defect, free remanufacturing.
